Joel has been working in the advertising industry since 2005 and has been with Ai Media Group since its inception in 2008. 

He has extensive experience in setting up integrations between a multitude of marketing platforms to ensure that data is flowing correctly from one system to another. 

The processes he has created have enabled his teams to get work done efficiently and with greater precision, allowing for better optimization and reporting on the KPIs that drive growth for clients. Joel is deeply involved in the management of AI’s operations and processes, setting up systems and workflows for tracking, AdOps, sales, and finance.

Joel’s teams are responsible for the setup, deployment, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across a wide number of verticals and web platforms. He manages and collaborates with the client services, ad operations, and analytics teams to implement campaign tracking and reporting. 

Joel and his teams have built Ai Media Group’s AiTrends, AiConnect, and Analytics platforms, and continue to innovate and improve upon them to keep Ai Media Group at the leading edge of tracking, reporting, and optimizations for online marketing campaigns.

He has led integrations for customer identity-fueled marketing automation campaigns for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 organizations using tools such as Adobe AAM, Tealium, AiTrends, and Liveramp, among others. He is an expert in web development, as well as platforms such as the Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. 

A Brooklyn Native, Joel lives with his lovely wife and three amazing children in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with them after a long day of tackling problems and coming up with solutions.
