Joanna is a highly accomplished, results-driven leader with global experience in multi-platform medias across a diversified range of sectors, from technology to healthcare, consumer goods and finance. A seasoned strategist, restructurer, and activator, Joanna is passionate about honing operational scale and efficiency.
In her role at Ai Media, Joanna oversees Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, HR and Recruiting. With a strong foundation in advertising and marketing she brings a diverse background including 10+ years in various digital and innovation roles at WPP and Publicis. She also helped Criteo establish a solid footprint in the Americas post IPO and oversaw several acquisitions in her tenure as EVP, Head of Account Strategy and Operations, North America. Joanna helped build, lead and inspire global collaborative teams (direct, cross-functional, domestic and international) across multiple disciplines, industries and offices as Global CRO at Grow Mobile Perion and was instrumental in building a world class team and structure in her role as Global VP, Head of Client Services, Strategy and Operations at Adaptly, leading to its acquisition by Accenture in 2018.
Joanna received a dual B.A. from Emory University, and a dual M.B.A. from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She was also named a Crain’s NY Business’ “40 Under 40.”
