Sergio Alvarez, with his psychology background and extensive sales experience, founded Ai Media Group in 2008. His unique insight into customer behavior and the online customer journey made him a true pioneer in the industry. Sergio developed and implemented real-time attribution measurement tools to ensure that brands stop wasting their advertising budget. This has not gone unnoticed, as Sergio has won the Latino Trendsetter Award and has become a much sought-after keynote speaker. He was also hand-selected by Google to speak about the rise of Multicultural SEM campaigns. Sergio and the AiMG team are dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve their goals by providing the most innovative and effective marketing solutions.
Rick is an accomplished leader at Ai Media Group, driving operational efficiency in marketing, sales, tech, & product/BI. Previously, Rick served as CRO & CXO at Twill (Happify Health), activating over 5m users to its Happify app, along with developing client-facing reporting dashboards for clients such as Google, Microsoft, Cigna, and other leading Fortune 500 companies.
Muhammad joined the company in 2017 and has since played a crucial role in onboarding it to the Blackstone Portfolio and expanding the finance function. Prior to this position, he gained valuable experience working in Blackstone's Portfolio Management Group and PwC's Deals practice, where he specialized in M&A Due Diligence. Muhammad holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is a licensed CPA in New York.
Joel has been with the company since its founding in 2008, and has since played a crucial role in developing our tracking, reporting, and ad technologies.
Joel is a creative, solution driven IT leader in the digital marketing space using deep technical knowledge and business acumen to build and manage high performance technology departments.
His expert knowledge of user tracking and analytics, both in terms of data capture and building out reports using information captured keeps Ai Media Group at the top of the digital marketing field. Joel is a passionate student of emerging trends and technologies.

Brent's association with Ai Media Group traces back to its inception in 2008. Over the years, he has managed some of the company's largest accounts while simultaneously cultivating strong and enduring relationships. Presently, he undertakes the role of leading a dynamic and dedicated client services team. Their focus is to ensure that digital marketing strategies align seamlessly with the client's goals and business objectives, enhancing the client-agency relationship and contributing to the overall success of digital marketing initiatives. All the while, he continues to foster new business relationships.
Georgi has been part of the Ai Media Group team since inception and has over 23+ years of experience working in digital marketing. At AI Media Group, Georgi has successfully managed some of the largest portfolios. Currently, Georgi is leading a team of digital marketing professionals and oversees the digital strategy, implementation, performance monitoring and optimization efforts to continuously scale brand recognition and performance.
Charles began his career at Ai Media Group over 11 years ago, bringing the company nearly 20-years of management experience. Charles spent his first two years at Ai Media as the Operations Manager, overseeing the Sales Division and all new business opportunities. Charles swiftly rose through the ranks to become the Vice President of Partnerships, a division Charles co-found 8 years ago. In addition to leading the Partner Division, Charles has also assumed the responsibility of the company’s programmatic team to remain current in the digital landscape and allocate the appropriate resources to attain new clientele.
A full-funnel marketing strategist whose roots started in social, Josh has worked across an array of different verticals from entertainment to tech, beauty to travel, fashion, CPG, DTC to home improvement, and everything in between. One of his specialties is appealing to core audiences with a targeting/messaging approach, overseeing omnichannel media strategies, and buying teams. Before joining AiMG, Josh worked at Twitter, led Microsoft’s global B2B efforts on social, at Dentsu, then oversaw holistic Media Strategy at The PCA Group of companies. Josh’s true belief is that he’s only as strong as his team and their technology which is why he’s so proud to call Ai home.
A seasoned digital marketing strategist with 8 years of experience both agency and in-house. With a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, Nell has worked with clients across all verticals, helping them achieve their business objectives through effective digital marketing strategies. As a first-generation Polish NYC native, she has a unique perspective on the world and a diverse set of experiences that informs her approach to marketing.
Randy has been with Ai Media Group for the past 6 years and holds a degree in finance from Syracuse University. He has a 25-year background in sales and financial trading and was the co-founder of Marblehead Asset Management. While at Ai Media Group, Randy helped co-found the Partner’s Program and was also the Director of Sales Operations for 2 years. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Services and manages some of the firms biggest clients.
Star began her career in market research, devising brand lift, purchase conversion, and longitudinal studies. Her fascination with consumer segmentation led her to data analytics, a field she further mastered through studies at Columbia University and volunteer work with the Mayor’s Office of Data & Analytics. Today, Star's expertise in custom reporting and automation paves the way for deeper analysis, uncovering insights that directly inform clients' marketing decisions.
Ethan has been managing digital marketing campaigns for over 15 years. He has extensive hands-on knowledge of paid digital media including Search, Display, Remarketing, Video, OTT, and Social tactics. He focuses on improving key performance indicators for his clients including leads, sales, and engagement.
Ethan is one of the founding members of Ai Media Group and has been essential to the growth of the agency. He started at the NYC Headquarters in 2008, and in 2011 Ethan founded the South Florida division of Ai Media Group. He has worked on numerous complex digital marketing campaigns with both clients directly and agency partners.
Scott has 19 years of sales and operational management experience in a variety of diverse industries. He is always pushing the envelope in his work and finding new and innovative ways to increase sales and revenue. Previously Scott was a Regional Director overseeing Sales and Operations at Equinox for 12 years. While there he developed key relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his time there he gained valuable experience as an associate at Joseph Gunnar & Co. helping bring companies public by raising capital with institutional investors.
With over 8 years of marketing experience and an MBA in Marketing Strategy from the University of South Florida, Ann Marie is an accomplished professional with a demonstrated history of success in content marketing and digital advertising. As the Associate Director of Content Marketing at Ai Media Group, Ann Marie is responsible for developing high quality copy and providing creative direction to internal and external graphics teams. Prior to her position at Ai Media Group, Ann Marie specialized in managing paid media for various industries including beauty, chiropractic and hospitality. Ann Marie applies her knowledge of paid media to craft impactful copy and content ensuring successful campaigns for our clients.
Colton began his career in software development, building full-stack web applications. His passion for seeing software built from the ground up led him to his roles in project management. With extensive experience learning new technologies, and utilizing knowledge of software development and web development processes, Colton has successfully led projects from inception to production in the ad tech, tech hospitality, and travel industry.
