Joel has been working in the advertising industry since 2005, and has been with Ai Media Group since its founding in 2008. He designed, developed, and built Ai Media Group’s tracking, analytics, and AiTRENDs platforms. He also manages the tracking, web development, graphics, and quality assurance teams and their respective projects.
Joel’s teams are responsible for the setup, deployment, and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns across a wide variety of verticals and web platforms. He also collaborates with the client services, ad operations, sales, finance, and analytics teams to implement campaign tracking and reporting, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
Joel has extensive experience in setting up integrations between a multitude of marketing platforms, ensuring that all data flows smoothly from one system to another. The processes he has designed have enabled his teams to get work done efficiently, precisely, and optimized to report on the KPIs that matter to our clients. He has lead integrations for customer identity fueled marketing automation campaigns for Fortune 500 and 100 organizations using tools such as Adobe AAM, Tealium, AiTrends, and Liveramp among others. He is also an expert in web development, and platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
A Brooklyn native, Joel now lives with his lovely wife and three amazing children in New Jersey. He enjoys spending his free time with his family after a long day of tackling problems and crafting solutions.
